Returns Made Simple

If you would like to return an item, please contact us at:

Include your order number and reason for return (if applicable).

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label along with simple return instructions.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:


  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be included

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items not in original condition or packaging
  • Final sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards


Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns based on personal preference, skin compatibility, or change of mind.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number along with photo or video evidence of the issue.

Once approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund or store credit as appropriate.


Return Shipping

Approved returns will receive a prepaid return shipping label.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


Please allow 3–7 business days for processing.

MOG Aesthetics reserves the right to issue store credit or deny refunds if return conditions are not met.


Lost or Stolen Packages

MOG Aesthetics is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but reported lost or stolen. We recommend shipping to a secure location.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses are not eligible for refund and may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.


Policy Protection

All returns are subject to review. MOG Aesthetics reserves the right to deny returns or refuse service in cases of abuse, excessive returns, or fraud.
